MAVAS does not offer insurance, recommend plans, or enroll beneficiaries through this website. Medicare-related activities remain subject to applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, consent requirements, agency procedures, and review by appropriately licensed professionals.

No Warranty

MAVAS does not guarantee specific appointments, enrollments, savings, compliance, or revenue outcomes. Individual results vary based on lead source, consent, lead quality, agent availability, offer, workflow, and implementation.

Compliance Responsibility

Compliance depends on the complete workflow, technology stack, consent process, call purpose, scripts, data handled, storage configuration, and agency practices. MAVAS does not provide legal or compliance advice. Each agency is responsible for reviewing its implementation with its legal and compliance professionals.
